Exchange & Return Policy

All products purchased from Komal Younis can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return

To be eligible, your item must be returned for one of the following reasons:

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Defective: The product is found to be faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • Incorrect Product: The product does not match the original specifications of the item ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design shipped).

  • Change of Mind (Exchange Only): You wish to exchange an item for a different size or style (subject to stock availability).

Conditions for ALL Returns/Exchanges

The item must meet the following criteria to be accepted:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, resalable condition.

  • Complete Packaging: All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and any freebies must be intact and included in the return package.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included.

Non-Exchangeable/Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to support exchanges or returns in the following scenarios:

  • Time Exceeded: The exchange/return request is made outside the specified 7 day time frame.

  • Damaged by Use: The product is damaged, soiled, or altered due to customer use (e.g., perfume odor, makeup stains, tears).

  • Tampered Product: The product has been visibly tampered with or altered.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a “Final Sale,” clearance event, or marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

Exchange & Return Procedure

How to Initiate a Request

  1. Notify Us: You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at support@komalyounis.com or calling/WhatsApp at +92 3091344413 to raise a dispute or request an exchange.

  2. Provide Evidence: For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, you must email clear photographic evidence of the issue to support@komalyounis.com within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping the Return

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect product), Komal Younis will cover the shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping label or arrange for pickup.

  • Change of Mind (Exchange): The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping out the new exchanged item.

  • Return Address: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Refund Policy

A refund is a monetary reimbursement to your original payment method. Komal Younis will only issue a refund under the following strict conditions:

  1. Order Cancellation: The customer cancels the order before Komal Younis begins processing the shipment (i.e., before the tracking number is generated).

  2. Product Unavailable: The item is confirmed to be faulty, and the customer requests a refund instead of an exchange, OR the required exchange design/size is out of stock.

  3. Shipment Delay/Failure: The shipment has been significantly delayed or lost due to unsystematic issues (such as weather, logistics failure, political issues, etc.), and a resolution cannot be reached.

Refund Processing Time

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Bank Deposit/Transfer Within 5 working days
Credit/Debit Card Reversal Within 7 working days (Note: this depends on your bank’s policy)

 

4. Processing Time for Exchanges

  • Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets all eligibility conditions, we will process your exchange.

  • It will take between 5 and 15 days to send out the replacement, depending on the availability of the new item and your location.
